I always order my flea treatment from Drs. Foster and Smith and have always had good experiences except the one time I tried something recommended by them. It was for a different brand of flea and tick control and the information about the product said that it was better than Frontline Plus. I tried it and with my cat there was no noticeable difference, but for my dog there was a tremendous difference. I bought a three pack and my dog suffered terribly. I don't appreciate being misled like that.

I have been an online customer of Drs. Foster & Smith for a short time. Their products are top of the line. Their pharmacy and staff are extremely knowledgeable, and they have a true passion for the animal's care. Thanks Drs. Foster & Smith!
I think your prices are very reasonable. You can find great deals (like the ear, eye and dental pads) on multi-purpose products.

The only problem I have with Drs. Foster&Smith, is that their prices are too high. EXample: I recently purchased a new Happy Habitat Tent for my cat. It was $69.00 at their site but I found it elsewhere for $49.00. I also can buy my cat and dog flea meds. cheaper elsewhere.

Have ordered from Doctors Foster and Smith and have never been disappointed. I like the email notification when items go on sale. Delivery is always prompt. Products are of good quality. I have ordered products for my friends and neighbors who dont shop online and were interested in the products when I showed them the items in use.
Really love your site. Prices are reasonable. Service is great and I definitely like being notified when items I need are on sale. Keep up the good work!
