I love this Company! I like the merchandise and specially the personalization. I buy for my Family and they are very happy with the gifts and they too like the personalization on the gifts very much. I like it also because I don't have to worry about having to mail the gifts myself.

I WON'T KNOW UNTIL I RECEIVE MY VISA BILL IF THE ITEM WHICH WAS ON SALE WAS ACTUALLY CHARGED WITH SALE PRICE. oN THE ORIGINAL ORDER, THE SALE PRICE DID NOT AUTOMATICALLY COME UP IN MY BASKET. i DID GET AN E MAIL SAYING I WOULD GET A REFUND, BUT DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS TRUE UNTIL I GET THE NEXT VISA. WHEN ITEMS GO ON SALE, THE PRICE CHANGE SHOULD BE REFLECTED AT CHECK OUT TIME.
Your on line site sales price for this item shows a reduced price of $14.65, but at check out, I was charged $20.99 (I think) and there was no way to indicate that this should have been charged at $l4.65.
