Ordered comforter set with drapes, only one drape came thought there would be 2. I called to order one more drape only to be told they are out of stock and would not be getting anymore.

The product was delivered, but I have not received it as the postal locker was damaged as the key broke...and I was able to get it the postal maintenace dept fixed the problem, BUT failed to deliver the package directly to my residence, I wished you did not use the U S Postal service for delivery...should have used UPS instead as they deliver directly to the door no matter the residence is home or not...I also ordered for Anna's Linens I received their package right to my door...Now the Packaged is lost somewhere at the post office in St.Paul, and no one can find it...So therefore I did not reveive it, in order to comment on how the product worked out for me.....

I'm very happy with my pink twin spread & sham. Color is true as was the size. Washed nicely with no shrinkage. The sham & spread matched perfectly. As with all chenille spreads there was a lot of lint. A few washings took care of that. It did not cause any change in the quality of the fabric or color. Thank you so much!
as a first time customer I tried to obtain the free shipping that was offered. Could not do it.

I have not used my pans as we are in the process of moving. I have been pleased with all merchandise we have bought.

Have been satisfied with previous purchases...I needed this comforter now, and accepted it, with reservations....It certainly would have been returned if I did not need it immediately....
Personally, I have never been disappointed with mdse. bought from Brylane,their discounts are very appealing.
