One pair of shoes was obviously a different size than what was stated on the box. Very disappointing.

They need to update their phone system. When I called in, it says all reps are busy and please leave a message. Otherwise, the phone call would end. It should allow you to wait on the phone, until you can speak to the next rep. Also, it took awhile for my return money to appear on my credit card.

I would have rated higher, but one of the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered was canceled by the merchant before it arrived due to "quality control". The money was refunded immediately and they provided a written explanation as well as a 10% off my next order which I do appreciate, but I was a little disappointed because the pair that I did not receive was the reason I placed the order in the first place and was expecting to wear them to a wedding. I will have to look elsewhere, but otherwise I am satisfied with the pair I did receive.
