I had some problems with the return policy. The website stated that it can be return to any store. When I tried to return to a store, they told me that I did not have the right packing slip but that was the only slip that came with the order. I hate shipping stuff back and forth hence I made sure to chech that it was able to be returned at a store ahead of time. Even though the website stated it could, I was not able to. I think something needs to be worked out so there are no problems with return of products.

Love the fashion got everything I ordered on time
Love everything,specially the good prices, 2 pairs of the 3 pairs of shoes I used for my wedding this past February were from Charlotte Russe, everything and all the pictures turned out gorgeous and perfect. Today I found great shorts and a hot t-shirt.

The material was below standard for what I expected. With the discounts I received it made up for the cost, but my daughter will not be able to wear it for the occasion I purchased it for.
