The coupon code I tried would not work even though it stated it was valid until May 2012. I contacted customer service and was told it had expired but they put up a new one. Unfortunately I had completed my order already...I asked to have an additional item included in my order to make up for not getting the discount but never heard back from them. I did get my order and aside from having to pay the full price it was fine.
I found a coupon code online that said it expired 5/12 but when I trid to use it i got a message stating that it was invalid.

This was the second time I made a purchase from Beanilla and I've been pleased both times. I have and will continue to recommend Beanilla to family and friends.
I purchased vanilla beans from this dealer before and had no problems and I liked the product, that is why I purchased from them again.
