My order was damaged by one of the items leaked and made quite a mess. I was able to wash off most of the items, butsome were damaged. The customer rep said she would replce the items even though I only reported the poblem to have them use better shiping packaging in the future.
Offer free shipping. I will always shop at a site that offers free shipping before another site that charges for shipping, since I cannot get to their stores to purchase their products.

I didn't realize that they no longer have the scrub in this package. I was VERY disappointed with that part of the purchase as I usually use these as my travel products. The package had always come with the scrub and after lotion which are no longer included and the price is not any lower. I won't be purchasing this package again. I like the products but will obviously have to look elsewhere for a travel package of what I need. I will probably still purchase the full size which I have always done in the past but not this package in the future.
I have loved this store since the late 1990's. I've been a loyal customer since and brought many in to try and hooked them as well.Thank you for great products.

It was nice to find the Fresia and Night Blooming Jasmin shower gels in stock and reasonably priced. I will return for the Fresia Body Creme.

The way they package the wallflower refills is not good. I had one set that was broken and there was glass all over in the plastic bag they were in.
I love the wallflowers and foaming hand soap. I have always used your products and always get compliments from people who come into my home and smell the fresh fragrance.

Ordering from the webpage is quick and easy. I will do it again.

I have been very satisfied with most of the products except for the wallflower holders. They stop working soon after purchase.
I have several wallflower holders that became defective only couple months after purchase .
